At Accutest Research Lab projects are managed by team of highly trained and experienced personnel. Prominence is always given to quality, efficient budgetary and timeline control.
We believe communication acts as organizational blood. We do understand the client’s needs and are highly sensitized to the same. The Project Manager (PM) is the sole point of contact between the Sponsor and the team. The PM facilitates and establishes a line of communication from project kickoff through completion to meet the Sponsor's study goals and objectives.
Our aim is always to exceed sponsor expectation in achieving the objective for the study. Our Project Managers trained in to Forecast, identify and resolve of Project Issues proactively.
Our Project Managers devote a great part of their time in communication. They spend great time on face to face or telephonic communication with their superiors, subordinates, colleagues, sponsors and vendors or suppliers.
We at Accutest Research Lab plans comprehensively, defines responsibilities, analyses risks, agrees on a communications program, and sets a schedule for action. This is documented according to sponsor requirements.
During the course of trial planning and monitoring, clinical project managers keep clients informed of project milestones. Good project management identifies potential hurdles early on, when they are easiest and cheapest to resolve.
