Bioanalytical Laboratory
Accutest offers comprehensive technological and scientific capabilities, including method development, validation, transfer, and analysis of biological samples in a GLP compliant setting. Accutest Navi Mumbai and Ahmedabad have state of the art Bioanalytical Laboratories equipped with 34 LC-MS/MS, with sensitivity ranging from API 3000 to API 5500 of ABI SCIEX, Xevo-TQ and Xevo-TQ-S of waters coupled with UPLCs also Quantum Ultra and Vantage LC-MS of Thermo Fisher with HRMS capabilities for quantitation. Advanced technique of ICP-OES is used for elemental analysis.
Each Bioanalytical Laboratory has adequate space for:

Balance/ pH meter
Working Standards (WS) storage
Water Purification unit
Fume Hood
Reagent Storage
Glassware Washing
Aforementioned areas are designed as per the flow of man and material. Applicable areas are equipped for handling photo sensitive drugs.
High standard instrumentation such as Deep-Freezers @-20°C & -80°C, temperature controlled centrifuge machines is used.
The Bio-analytical team including Analytical Investigator (Bio-analytical Head), Lab Managers, Group Leader and Analysts is qualified, trained and experienced in execution of different assays. Bio-analytical team has hardcore expertise in handling different analytical challenges:
