Quality Assurance (QA)
Accutest delivers consistent, high quality services to its customers through a set of internally developed operating systems that maintains quality controls at every stage of a project. The platform enables real-time monitoring feedback, in order to maintain the highest standards and harmonizes operating processes through a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The SOPs are present across all centers and cover all areas such as clinical, analytical, statistical and quality assurance (QA) itself.
Accutest has strong QA team of 49 members with individual heads for units in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. All projects are certified by the QA team, prior to dispatching any project to the client. A testament to the high QA at Accutest is the high volume of repeat business year on year and Accutest’s position as the top ranked CRO in India with respect to accreditation from global regulators.
Each new recruit at Accutest, undergoes mandatory training on the SOPs and is evaluated on the SOPs before the responsibility of work, which is again the evidence of Accutest’s adherence to highest standard of quality. Accutest further ensures continuous training to keep up to date on the latest paradigms within the industry.
