Recruitment Process

- The Resume is Entered in our Database
Resumes are kept in our database for approximately six months. Resumes are sorted and matched to various positions.

- A HR executive Searches the Database
When a HR executive is assigned to fill a particular position, he or she searches our database for resumes that meet with the required criteria. Specific key words related to the required criteria are used to search the database.

- A HR executive will contact candidates we are interested in considering
We contact candidates to conduct a phone discussion or face-to-face meeting.

- Interviews With the Business units are Scheduled
The most qualified candidates for the position are scheduled for an interview with functional heads from within the business.

- The Recruiter Contacts the Selected Candidates
The HR manager contacts the candidate, who best meets the requirements for the position, with a formal proposal including information such as start date, salary, and benefits.
